Mike Hogan - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Prior to ScaleDB, Mike founded ZiXXo, a web 2.0 advertising platform, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2008. Previously, Mike was VP Field Operations United States/Asia Pacific for Poet Software, a leading object-oriented database (ODBMS) company (now Versant). Prior to that, Mike founded two other start-ups that were both acquired and he spent 3 years doing Corporate Development at Novell. Mike has a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.

Moshe Shadmon - Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Over 20 years of experience in software development and management of start-up companies; inventor and instigator of the database technology. Founder and CEO of ORI Software; co-founder and CTO of RightOrder Inc. Law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Dr. Ron Hu - VP of Engineering
Over 20 years of progressively responsible R&D and management experience in relational database server development, parallel architecture, web-based multi-tier applications, and Data Warehouse. Previously VP of Technology at MetaEdge Corporation, VP of Engineering at Octasoft Corporation. Developed database engines for both Teradata and Sybase for 14 years. Was one of the early database engineers at Teradata. Ron holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from UCLA.

Mark Moore - VP of Products
Mark began his career at Oracle where he spent 7 years working on the database kernel--with a focus on large scale implementations--and another 2+ years as Director of Oracle's Media Server Division addressing broadband video. Following Oracle, he was a founding member of successful start-ups: Listen.com(now Rhapsody Music), and Diba, Inc.(owned by Sun Microsystems) where he led product development, product strategy, product marketing and a variety of other functions. He was then EVP of products and services for Niku Corporation. Following this he went on to become founding CEO of One True Media - the web's largest video editing site, funded by Kleiner Perkins. Mark earned a BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University
